Also, standing up against the wall and using my own body weight to bring down the ballerina. It's being about 3 weeks that I have been home and working hard to bring it down. It's steadily going down I am now about 1. 5 inches from being flat and firm. FYI! YOU NEED TO WORK HARD BUT SMART SO YOU DONT HURT YOURSELF!

I could be wrong but at 11:15, it seems like his heels are not touching the ground perhaps because of ballerina...and the gain in height may not be as much as it appears to be?
At 0:24 he measures the height of the ballerina foot which comes to two and a half centimeters, and then I believe he subtracts that from the total final height.
[EDIT] - No wait sorry, he measures him at 189.8 total at the beginning there, but then at his final height at 5:14 you can see they officially list him as 187cm (after subtracting the ~2.5ish cm from the ballerina foot).

What about the proportions while seating after the surgery? Wouldn't your torso look smaller?
My torso was longer than my legs. Therefore now it's far more proportional. 😊
